Jamey Jacobson
Jamey has over 18 years’ experience in the telematics and video intelligence transportation space. His experience ranges across all disciplines from strategic planning, project management of multi-million-dollar hardware and software rollouts, consulting projects regarding operational efficiency and account management of some of the largest fleets in North America. He brings this broad knowledge and experience in onboard technology and transportation systems to Telematics and Video Services LLC, providing guidance to our services and value to our customers, their drivers, and ultimately the public through effective improvements in fleet safety culture.
He strongly believes that video review, along with driver coaching, are essential to building a defensible process. Jamey mentions, “Without video review, you’re left in the dark about what is going on in the field”. Video is so much more than just a reactive crash camera used for exoneration. Flipping the script from reactive to proactive management can make all the difference in helping change unsafe behavior. Video review is a tool that is used to identify and address risky patterns of behavior which if managed properly, over time, can lead to a safer fleet which translates into a reduction in claims and ultimately in insurance premiums.”
Mike Malecha
Mike strongly believes consistently acting on your data with repeatable documented processes builds your companies safety reputation. Proactive action on SMS, HOS, ELD’s, Speeding, Mentoring, and Training along with Video Review and Coaching provides a solid foundation for companies to build a continuously improving culture of safe driving. Michael has 40+ years of unique innovative experience in the transportation industry both in trucking/logistics along with transportation software. His experience in trucking ranges across all functional areas, from strategic planning, safety, maintenance, operations, sales, and finance. He has been awarded 3 patents for truck products. On the software side, he has provided strategic direction for some of the largest fleets in North America to leverage their information system investment for greater profitability. Michael also has experience in project management directing multi-million dollar implementation and development projects along with software and professional service sales throughout North America. He brings this broad knowledge and experience in transportation systems to Telematics and Video Services LLC providing guidance to our services and value
